Location & Parking


The PRIME Research Centre is located at BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre. When arriving at BC Women’s, please use the main entrance, #93, located on the South side of  the campus and turn right towards the ultrasound department. There is a parking lot in front of the main entrance. Please have a seat in the main entrance area and a member of the research team will meet you there at the designated time and bring you to the PRIME facility. Please do not enter the clinical ultrasound waiting room or US reception area.

Hospital parking fees around the province are in effect as of March 4, 2022 for patients, visitors and staff. Parking at BC Women’s is a “pay-by-stall number” system, and pay parking is in effect 24 hours a day.

The Wayfinding Map shows locations of the roadway entrances and parking area closest to where you are going, all major door entrances to the hospital buildings, valet stations, bus stops closest to the hospital, and information desks for navigation assistance.

*Please note: BC Women’s Hospital is currently implementing controlled access in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. When you arrive at the entrance, please report to the reception desk, where you will receive a medical mask to enter the hospital. Only 1 accompanying person per participant is allowed into PRIME during the research appointment. For safety reasons, children are NOT permitted inside the PRIME area.
