The PRIME Principal Users are established UBC Researchers representing multiple disciplines; radiology, maternal-fetal medicine, engineering, neonatology, epidemiology, medical genetics, pediatric surgery, and imaging physics.

The committee meets once, or more, per year to discuss collaborative research.
